This one has been on my list of potential reads for the CCC, but I honestly wasn't sure what to think about it. I really like the idea that it's not told from the perspective of those IN the action, but from those outside of it. That makes me much more interested in picking this one up! Oh yay! From the sound of this one, it would fit into that category for me since there doesn't really seem to be enough meat of the story there to really warrant it. I'm sorry that you were disappointed, but at the same time, I'm glad you played guinea pig so that I know if I do try this one I'll go for a library copy.
