1. Describe the contents of your freezer.
At a glance, the freezer is full of boring frozen items. Upon further inspection, those frozen items reveal themselves to be food! Meat and vegetables that, when thawed, have the potential to become delicious meals! The contents of my freezer are awesome.
2. What is your favorite aisle in the grocery store?
The dairy aisle! Because that is where the cheese is. And cheese is more amazing than words.
3. Recommend one music artist or album.
Marina and the Diamonds’s debut album, The Family Jewels. It’s AMAZING. Totally ambitious, insane, wonderful, catchy. I think she’s one of the most exciting new female artists out there right now.
4. How many scarves do you own?
Probably a few. But only one matters–my Slytherin scarf.
5. Describe your favorite television show without telling us the title.
Oh, man! It’s this amazing Canadian series about a woman who feels she’s flamed out in her early 30s. A mysterious therapist, who has control over time, offers her the chance to revisit the worst moments of her life and fix her mistakes. It’s funny, heartfelt and thoughtful. Just a great dramedy. It’s so good I feel sad for people who aren’t watching it!
Thanks, Courtney
Fall For Anything is available now! More about the book:
From the author of Cracked Up to Be and Some Girls Are comes a gripping story about one girl’s search for clues into the mysterious death of her father.
When Eddie Reeves’s father commits suicide her life is consumed by the nagging question of why? Why when he was a legendary photographer and a brilliant teacher? Why when he seemed to find inspiration in everything he saw? And, most important, why when he had a daughter who loved him more than anyone else in the world? When she meets Culler Evans, a former student of her father’s and a photographer himself, an instant and dangerous attraction begins. Cullen seems to know more about her father than she does and could possibly hold the key to the mystery surrounding his death. But Eddie’s vulnerability has weakened her and Culler Evans is getting too close. Her need for the truth keeps her hanging on…but are some questions better left unanswered?

This was really fun to read. And I have just added her new book to my to-read list. I read Cracked up to Be a while ago, but haven’t had a chance to read Some Girls Are yet, though it’s been on my list for a while.
Great post!
Thanks, Amanda! I highly suggest both Fall for Anything, and Some Girls Are! Cracked Up To Be was actually my ‘least’ favorite, but I still loved it, so I feel weird calling it that
